Website information
Your information, explained.
Understand what happens to the details you enter, the copies you keep and the information you choose to share. Updated 8 September 2026.
Your enquiry brief
The enquiry builder helps you organise your product requirements and contact details. Your entries stay in the current page while you work. Reviewing a brief does not send it to Hanjaya or save it to a server.
The builder does not save your entries in browser storage. Leaving or reloading the page clears the form. Copy or download your brief first if you want to keep it.
Copies and sharing
Downloading creates a text file on your device. Copying places the brief on your clipboard. You control these copies and who receives them; take care when using a shared device.
If you choose to open a brief in your email app, you can review the recipient and message before sending. Your email provider handles that message under its own terms. Opening the app does not confirm delivery to Hanjaya.
Information to include
A business enquiry normally needs your name, company, reply address and sourcing requirements. Include only the details relevant to that conversation. Keep payment card details, identity documents and confidential account credentials out of the brief.
Once you share your enquiry through your chosen channel, the recipient receives the information you included. Ask your Hanjaya contact about any confidentiality requirements before sharing supporting documents.
Website operation
Vercel hosts this website. Hosting and access-protection services may process technical information, such as request details and network addresses, to serve and protect the site. The enquiry builder does not require a customer account, and the website does not use advertising trackers.
Questions about your information
If you have shared a brief and need to correct it or ask how it is handled, contact the person you shared it with. Refer to the product and date of your enquiry so the conversation can be identified.
